Curtiss XBT-4
The Curtiss XBT-4 was the designation given to a single O-1E Falcon when it was converted to act as a possible basic trainer.

I came across a photo of the Curtiss XBT-4 in my dad's books today. It was taken at the Lake Placid Airport and it is in a line of other airplanes. "The backside of the photo states: U.S. Army planes drawn on the line at Lake Placid Airport during the air circus."
