A biography of a biographer who wrote a magisterial six volume
biography of Thomas Jefferson, finishing the last volume late in life
when almost totally blind. This is an interesting biography of an
impressive figure, although perhaps of interest to a rather limited
audience - other historians or those with an interest in Jefferson.
